bdtk Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdtk ("bdtk", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bdtk website located at bdtk.vin, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and any other services offered through the Platform. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on bdtk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

bdtk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use the full functionality of bdtk, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify bdtk immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access any services.
• Log out from your account after each session, particularly when using shared devices.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bdtk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud and money laundering. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and in certain circumstances, proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. bdtk processes all KYC documentation with strict confidentiality in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fulfilled before a withdrawal of those funds is permitted.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, bdtk offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the absence of specific terms, the following general rules apply:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. Maximum bonus amounts and minimum qualifying deposit amounts are stated in each offer's specific terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotional offer will expire within the time period specified in that offer's terms. Winnings from free spins are subject to the applicable wagering requirement.
• bdtk reserves the right to alter, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any legitimately earned bonus already credited to your account will be honoured in accordance with the terms under which it was awarded.
• Promotional bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise. Only one promotion may be active at any given time unless the specific terms of both promotions expressly permit simultaneous activation.

bdtk operates seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar, including but not limited to Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). These promotions are limited-time offers subject to their own specific terms and are available to eligible registered players only.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the bdtk Platform are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules applicable to individual games, sports, or markets are available within the respective game or market interface and shall be read in conjunction with these Terms.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. bdtk reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a technical fault.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the official result as recorded by the relevant governing body or game provider shall be final and binding.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated betting systems or bots, engage in match-fixing, or collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to the appropriate authorities.
• bdtk reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, winning limits, or any other restrictions on any player's account at its absolute discretion and without prior notice.

For cricket betting specifically, all markets are governed by the relevant tournament's official scorecards and results as published by the ICC, BPL governing body, or BCCI as applicable. In cases of match abandonment, suspension, or curtailment, specific market rules will apply as stated in the market description.

6. Responsible Gaming

bdtk is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended purely for entertainment purposes. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may request a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit to be applied to their account. Once set, a limit can be decreased immediately but can only be increased after a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not receive any promotional communications from bdtk.

Any account found to be operated by an individual under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds will be refunded to the payment method used for deposit, less any applicable processing fees.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

bdtk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its discretion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, an account may be suspended or terminated in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms, including but not limited to providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to comply with any KYC or age verification request within the timeframe specified by bdtk.
• Any behaviour that bdtk reasonably considers to be abusive, threatening, or offensive toward its staff or other players.

Upon termination of your account, any bonus balances or free spins that have not met their associated wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to any unmet wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all applicable verification requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdtk Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the overall look and feel of the website, is the exclusive property of bdtk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of bdtk, except as permitted under these Terms or applicable law. Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute an infringement of bdtk's intellectual property rights and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content.

bdtk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable measures to ensure the security and availability of the Platform, we cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access, particularly during periods of high demand, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bdtk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bdtk will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request the closure of your account by contacting our support team.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact bdtk's support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. bdtk aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.
